Flames count the days in a row a member is active in the community. Each validated day grows their streak, announced with a card; a missed day resets it, unless a freeze saves it. The rules and settings are those of the Discord version.
Settings are made on the dashboard's Flames page; !streak shows a member's flame (see Levels and leaderboards).
Turning flames on
The module is off in a new community. Turn it on with the Turn flames on switch on the website, then pick a flame channel for the announcements. Days follow the community's time zone (basic configuration, Europe/Paris by default).
What validates the day's flame
A member's first activity of the day validates their day:
- sending a message in any channel;
- voice activity: joining, leaving or switching voice channels;
- using a Dispatch.IO command whose reply is public.
Bots and Dispatch.IO blacklisted accounts have no flame, and a message blocked by the anti-raid doesn't count. Once the day is validated, the day's other activities change nothing.
How the streak grows or stops
| Situation | Result | Announcement |
|---|---|---|
| Member's first flame in the community | The streak is 1 | Start message |
| Day already validated today | Nothing changes | None |
| Last validated day = yesterday | The streak gains 1 | Progress message |
| Missed days, and enough freezes | One freeze per missed day, the streak gains 1 | Progress message |
| Missed days, not enough freezes | The streak goes back to 1 | Start message |
The day changes at midnight in the community's time zone. Every 10 minutes, the bot resets the streaks that weren't kept (and removes the flame from the nickname).
The announcements
On each validated day, the bot posts in the flame channel the message, the flame card and the Show profile link (the member's public page on the website; a button on Discord). Without a channel there is no announcement, but the streak keeps counting.
- The start message is used when the streak is 1, the progress message on the following days.
- Variables:
{user}(mention, start message),{userName}(member's name),{day}(number of days). - With Milestone mentions,
{userName}becomes a real mention on days 7, 14, then every 30 days.

The flame card shows the member's avatar, remaining freezes, the current week (flames, snowflakes for frozen days, missed boxes) and a big flame with the number of days. Its background: the member's personal background (Individual plan), the community's flame image (Ultimate), its welcome image, then the default image.
Flame freezes
Keeping your streak despite a missed day.
A freeze saves a missed day, automatically, when the Flame freezes option is on (by default).
| Member's personal plan | Freezes per month |
|---|---|
| None (Free) | 1 |
| Individual Basic | 2 |
| Individual Ultimate | 5 |
- One freeze per missed day, counted in the missed day's month.
- All or nothing: if there aren't enough freezes for every missed day, none is used and the streak goes back to 1.
- Freezes are personal and shared across all the member's Fluxer communities.
Role rewards (Ultimate)
With the Ultimate plan on the community, you can tie a role to a streak day (from 1 to 999). Normal: the role is given once the streak reaches that day and is never removed. Temporary: given on the exact day, removed the next day. The bot needs Manage roles, and the roles must be below its role.
The nickname with the flame
With Rename with the flame, the bot adds the streak to the member's nickname: Alex | 12🔥. The suffix is updated on each validated day and removed when the streak drops to 0. The owner is never renamed. The bot needs Manage nicknames, and its role must be above the member's.
Settings, default values and Premium

Common problems
| Problem | Likely cause and fix |
|---|---|
| No announcement | No flame channel, or the bot lacks permissions there (Send messages, Attach files). |
| The nickname doesn't change | Manage nicknames missing, bot's role below the member's, or the member is the owner. |
| A streak went back to 1 despite freezes | Not enough freezes to cover every missed day. |
