2. Offers
Premium subscriptions unlock extra features of the bot:
- Individual offers (Basic, Ultimate): linked to your Discord account, one active individual offer per account;
- Server packs: linked to one Discord server, one pack per server.
The content of each offer and its price including taxes are shown in the shop at the time of purchase.
3. Ordering and payment
Payment is made online by card through Stripe; Dispatch.IO never sees your card details. The subscription starts once the payment is accepted.
4. Duration and renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (monthly or yearly depending on the offer) until they are cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Billing in the dashboard: the subscription stays active until the end of the paid period, then stops.
5. Right of withdrawal
By subscribing, you ask for the service to start immediately and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once the digital content is supplied (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). [To be checked: refund policy.]
6. Promo codes and offers
Promo codes and launch offers are valid under the conditions shown when they are used (duration, number of uses, eligible offers).
7. End of the service
If an account or a server is banned from the service for breaching the terms of use, the related subscription can be stopped without refund.
8. Disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, contact us first at contact@dispatchio.fr; consumers can also use a consumer mediator [name and contact details of the mediator].
